Aeon Nutrition provides Nutritional Therapy services only through the formal engagement of its qualified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) and an individual client agreement. 

Aeon Nutrition is not engaged in rendering professional advice or services to participants of introductory consultations and education sessions, or to individual readers or viewers of content published in any format. All information provided by Aeon Nutrition is intended to be of a general nature only and is included for the sole purpose of providing general information. 

A Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is trained to evaluate your nutritional needs and make recommendations of dietary change and nutritional supplements, not medical diagnoses or prescriptions. No comment or recommendation from your FNTP should be construed as a medical diagnosis or prescription. All matters regarding your health require medical supervision. Mention of specific products, companies, or organisations does not imply that Aeon Nutrition, its content authors or contributors, endorse such products, companies, or organisations.

Australian Consumer Law: Our goods and services come with ‘consumer guarantees’ (Consumer Guarantees) as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded by these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall override your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, your Consumer Guarantees or any other non-excludable rights you may have at law.

Refund Policy: Service fees are non-refundable. Subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, Aeon Nutrition does not offer refunds due to ‘change of mind’.
